Service Description

The refresher course is designed for experienced parents looking to remind themselves of their previously learned hypnobirthing skills or perhaps gain some new ones. After a discovery call with me, we will design a course perfectly suited to your birthing needs. We can cover anything from relaxation skills to abdominal births, and much more (see the Full Package outline for potential topics). This personalised approach is what has helped Calm parents renew their confidence and be reminded that they can have a positive and empowering birth experience, no matter the birth path. Your package includes support via email/text until baby's arrival, access to relaxation MP3s and a little welcome gift from me. Online fee: $2400/2 hours In person fee: $3000/2 hours (travel fees may apply)
