
Hi, I’m Lindsay,
I’m a counsellor with over 12 years of experience, and I’m passionate about supporting people through the ups and downs of life — especially around the big transitions that come with pregnancy, parenthood, and everything in between.
I have a Master’s in Counselling and an Honours degree in Psychology, which I combine with a warm, down-to-earth approach in sessions. While I focus a lot on maternal mental health, I also work with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression, and I enjoy helping couples strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and adjust to life as parents.
My approach is tailored to each person I work with, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, and Satir Family Therapy.
Originally from Canada, I’ve been living in Hong Kong for the past 14 years with my husband, our daughter, and our dog. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll probably find me out hiking, curled up with a good book, or spending time with my family.
