Service Description
Whether your birth experience was beautiful, unexpected, overwhelming or left you with questions, a birth debrief offers a safe, supportive space to explore your story. This one-on-one session is designed to help you process what happened during your birth - emotionally, physically and mentally. Together, we’ll talk through your experience, clarify any unanswered questions and hold space for whatever feelings arise.
